TMZ learned that a man apparently jumped a fence onto the "Love You Like a Love Song" singer's property, but it is still unclear whether he was simply trespassing, or if he actually meant to steal from her.
No arrests have been made as of yet, and the suspect is being held for questioning by law enforcement officers.
The alleged burglary comes on the heels of an arrest earlier this week, in which an intruder was caught at Gomez’s new home after a break-in, and was sentenced to 45 days in prison.
